Also, make it a point to pamper your mane and deep condition it once a week. The deep conditioning treatment will work wonders for your scalp as well has your hair. If you use a lot of hot hairstyling tools, the deep conditioning treatment will replenish the lost moisture and will leave your hair feeling soft and shiny. Try to include ample amount of fatty acids in your diet like fish, flax seeds and almonds, to improve the texture of your hair.
