JLo also revealed that she has added weight training to her fitness routines after realising she loses muscle whenever she dances too much. She revealed that the only sign she is getting is older is when she has to squint at her phone and when her back hurts sometimes. Check out her picture:
Apart from needing reading glasses, she said that body image is something she has never struggled with or given a thought to, especially since in her family curves are welcome.
“I didn’t realize what I was doing-I was just being myself. In my family, curves were glorified and part of the culture. It was just like, ‘Jennifer has a big butt, and it’s good’,” she revealed.
If you want to look 29 at the age of 49, then hitting the gym and dropping caffeine and alcohol from your diet, seems like a very good idea.
