Lakmé Fashion Week (LFW) is one of the most glamorous events which redefines the future of fashion. LFW is organized twice every year wherein some of the most esteemed fashion designers of the country showcase their work on this platform to integrate India into the global fashion scene. Every year at the Lakme Fashion Week, we see some of the most prominent personalities walking the ramp during the five-day fashion extravaganza. This time the Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018 began on January 31 and concluded last night. We share with you some of the hottest celeb fashion trends that were spotted on the LFW 2018 ramp.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the B-Town divas who to amp up the glam quotient every time she is on the ramp. This time, the Veere Di Wedding actress was seen sashaying down on the ramp as the fab showstopper of Anamika Khanna. She wore a gorgeous black embroidered dress inspired by saree with ruffles and a bold black belt. We loved the bold earrings paired with the black ensemble, slicked back hair and the winged eye look.
Karisma Kapoor was also seen walking the ramp for designer Ravi Bhalotia’s SR18 collection ‘MidSummer Wreath’ collection. Karisma’s outfit was molded out of delicate floral embroidery. The white silver embroidered lehenga choli looked nothing but splendid on the beautiful actress. AARBEE by Bhalotia is known for its inspiration from the cultural richness of Bengal and the vibrant spirit of Rajasthan.
Malaika was quite a stunner when she boldly strode the ramp in an all-black ensemble by Label De Belle. She wore a fusion ensemble comprising of a black jacket, pants and a layered dupatta.
Vaani Kapoor turned a muse for the label AGAMI by Neha Agarwal. The stunning lady was seen flaunting her toned midriff in the stunning cropped top and a flared skirt with Indian zardozi craftsmanship. The collection flaunted contemporary patterns with a lot of pastel hues embellished with deeper tones.
Manikarnika actress Kangana Ranaut turned into a fairytale muse for Shyamal & Bhumika and we were totally in awe of her gorgeous ramp avatar. She looked breath-taking in a beautiful cream-colored embroidered gown with a sparkling bustier and a long train. The bridal outfit looked exquisite on Kangana.
Shilpa Shetty Kundra walked for designer Jayanti Reddy wearing an intricately embroidered lehenga in a beautiful pearl grey color. The outfit had delicate embroidery covering all over it, bold ruffles on the dupatta and an edgy jacket that made it look out of this world.
Sushmita Sen made a regal comeback on the LFW ramp showcasing the collection Samanzar – A Garden of Flowers for the brand Kotwara by Meera and Muzaffar Ali. She was a vision of beauty as she glided down the ramp in a lehenga, choli and dual dupattas with delicate Chikankari embroidery and a generous dose of pearls and sequins. Sushmita looked no less than a bride as she walked the ramp with the Umrao Jaan hit song In Aankhon Ki Masti playing in the backdrop.
Bipasha Basu dazzled at the LFW in a bold bright contemporary bridal cocktail outfit. She owned the ramp in a garnet-red layered outfit designed by Reshma Kunhi. The outfit with off-shoulder asymmetrical blouse was embellished with tassels and opulent gold embroidery.
Another fresh face spotted at the LFW ramp was none other than the Padmaavat actress Aditi Rao Hydari. Aditi looked divine in a stunning ivory silk creation by designer Payal Singhal’s collection for Lakmé Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2018. Aditi turned into the mythical muse “Saira” as she made a glam and glitsy appearance in the perfect bridal ensemble comprising of a fully embroidered lehenga, choli and dupatta.
