4 egg yolks

30 gm honey

1 lemon juice

Method:

Warm the milk and cream together.

Add egg yolk, honey and lemon juice and stir continuously.

Bake it in the oven on a double broiler for 180 C for 20-25 min.

Serve chilled.

Method:

Warm the milk and fresh cream together.

Put the mixture into the desired mold and freeze it.

Method:

Add baking powder. Pour the batter into the desired mould and bake it in a preheated oven for 45 min at 180 C.

Make the custard by boiling milk and mixing in the custard powder.

Add freshly chopped fruits.
