What is Yoga Nidra?
Also known as Yogic Sleep, Yoga Nidra is a relaxation practice that is considered to be immensely powerful. This is a meditation technique that takes you through the Pancha Maya Kosha (five layers of self) and makes you feel the sense of wholeness.
How to perform Yoga Nidra?
- To begin, lie down straight on your back.
- Keep your arms stretched out.
- You can keep a pillow behind your neck for support.
- Close your eyes and repeat your intention of doing the Yoga three times.
- Now, relax your mind.
- Take a deep breath and exhale.
