How to take care of skin post the festive season?

Post festive season the first point to always remember is to detox the skin and body. We tend to go out during the festive season meet our friends and family so we usually end up using a lot of makeup. Hence post festivals try to avoid makeup for a few days. Let the skin breathe naturally without any harmful chemicals on it. Also, exfoliate the skin properly. Avoid oily foods and sweets which we hog on during festivities. How to cleanse skin properly?

How to keep the skin soft and supple?

Use a good day and night cream or serum. Avoid use of chemicals. When choosing a product you can opt for one that has vitamin C as it acts as a good detox serum. If your skin is oily use a salicylic based cleanser and toner.

Tips to keep skin glowing

Follow the above mentioned routine and also one can visit a dermatologist and get a chemical peel, microdermabrasion or laser for good glowing skin. A good depigmenting cream can be applied at night. Eating fresh fruits and vegetable salads along with consuming enough water can also make a difference in your skin.

Homemade remedies to avoid bad skin day

A homemade scrub containing besan, turmeric, sandalwood powder and curd can be used to help lightening the skin. Maintain good routine for skin care.

How to deal with dark circles and puffiness around eyes?

Sleep well and include less salt intake in diet. Less salt will reduce puffiness below the eyes. One can use a good depigmenting under-eye cream to decrease the dark circles. One can also do a chemical peel to decrease the pigmentation below eyes.
