Priyanka Chopra arrived with her husband Nick Jonas at the premier of his film ‘The Good Half’. Nick’s date made heads turn and jaws drop in Dolce and Gabbana’s iconic yet sartorial piece. As the mushy images of Priyanka and Nick surfaced, the internet was quick serve opinions. While one half was just in awe of the fashion masterpiece, for some it did not sit very well.
The OG desi girl has an impeccable sense of fashion and we agree. For the premiere night, she was styled in an exquisite piece from fall collection. PC wore a sultry bodysuit with a see-through lace like material. To accentuate her grace, she paired it with a statement bvlgari jewellery and subtle make up.
Some netizens hailed the experiment with fashion. However, one faction did not approve much. One fashion enthusiast on Instagram captioned the images as “Now why would her team let our girl PC leave for a red carpet in this Dolce and Gabbana Fall 2024 dress / scarf? Nothing and I mean nothing works here. The styling is particularly questionable.”
One user commented, “It’s like we take two steps forward and then three steps back.” Another said, Because anything that remotely looks like a pallu is Indian aesthetic for them 🙄.”
Another faction was totally in awe of her look. A user n X (formerly Twitter) said, ” PC and fashion game is LITT!” Another said, “Love Priyanka and Nick together. OG power couple.”
