2) Do regular oil massages. To do the oil massage, make sure to heat the oil first to make it warm. This enables the oil to penetrate deeper into the hair shaft and your scalp. When the oil goes deep in, it is able to nourish it better. Make sure to use organic, natural hair oils like castor oil, almond oil, coconut oil, amla oil and others. You could also combine 2 or more oils together or mix it with other ingredients like curry leaves, methi seeds, rosemary or hibiscus to make it more powerful. 4) Onion juice is a simple and effective solution for stopping hair loss. Just blend the onion in a juicer and take out its juice. Apply this on the scalp. Keep it on for about 30 minutes. Then wash off with a mild shampoo.
