All work and no play days are back for Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha as she is back to grinding in the gym after a self-claimed month off from her workout regime. Her recent Instagram upload shows the Dabangg actress sweating out December calories and we are bowled over with her hotness during the workout sessions. Sona is seen flaunting her workout poses, donning a casual white tee, paired with black activewear and hair swept back in a neat ponytail while her trainer, Namrata Purohit, supervised her grind.
Giving us a sneak-peek into her resumed workout routine, Sona uploaded the video on her Instagram handle and captioned it, “Getting back to working out after an entire month of masti. In one line… its not fun. @namratapurohit making sure she punishes me, but its ok, i deserve it. Gotta get back to the grind! Good luck to everyone else who’s with me in this struggle #decemberisthedevil #whocaresihadfun” (sic).
Recently, Sonakshi said in an interview that she would love to work in a movie aimed at entertaining children. While the new year has an exciting and eclectic slate of films lined up for her, she told IANS via email, “I feel it is very crucial to keep the kids entertained in every household as it keeps them occupied and also aids them in learning new things. I hope to see more films which are made by keeping kids in mind as an audience and more engagement events to be held.” Last month, the actress joined in a bit of kiddie fun in Mumbai at the Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, which will be aired on Nickelodeon on January 6, 2019.
On the professional front, she has been paired with actor Aditya Roy Kapur in Dharma Productions’ Kalank. The film is a period drama with a big star cast. Apart from Sonakshi and Aditya, the Abhishek Varman-directorial also features Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt in important roles. Sonakshi’s last on-screen outing remains Happy Phir Bhaag Jayegi, in which she played the titular character. The film also featured Jimmi Sheirgill, Jassie Gill and Piyush Mishra in pivotal roles.
