1. Dehydration

Dehydration is one of the main reasons for stinky pee. Your body requires water to flush out the toxins and when you drink less water, your urine becomes dark in color with a strong smell. 2. Pregnancy

4. Different food

Your diet affects the color and smell of your pee. If you are eating something different then your urine will have a different odor than usual.
