You will need: Half a cup of brown sugar and 1/4 cup of almond oil
Method: Take the brown sugar in a bowl and add the oil. Mix well. You can also add a few rose petals. Use lukewarm water to wet your feet and then apply the mixture. Gently rub in a circular motion for about five minutes. Then wash it off using lukewarm water.

You will need: 1/4 cup of table salt, three tablespoons of coconut oil and three drops of peppermint oil
Method: Take a bowl and add in all the ingredients. Mix well to get a homogenous mixture. Wet your feet with lukewarm water and apply the mixture. Gently massage for about 10 minutes and then wash it off with water.
Honey and camphor foot scrub
Honey and camphor is a stimulating foot scrub. Use it to get smooth and moisturized skin.
You will need: Half a cup of Epsom salt, 1/4 cup of honey and two drops of camphor oil
Method: Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use this mixture to gently massage your feet for about five minutes. You can also put the mixture into a foot bath. Wash your feet with water and pat them dry. Apply a good moisturizer.
