We all like to have long, thick hair but frequent washing and exposure to pollution, dust and wind, leave your hair frizzy, thin and unmanageable. The scalp becomes dry, flaky and itchy. To make your hair strong and healthy, you need to follow a proper hair care regime. And oiling is an important part of the regime as it hydrates your scalp and hair. Oil forms a protective layer on your hair and keeps them healthy and shiny. To make the oiling process more effective you can add essential oils to your regular hair oil or use essential oil instead of your oil. Essential oils can be used to treat hair problems like premature graying, hair fall and dandruff. It improves circulation of blood in the scalp and promotes hair growth.
