Ingredients

45ml Tanqueray No10

10ml Rose syrup

10ml fresh Lemon juice

20ml Litchi juice

60ml Champagne

Method

Add all ingredients apart from the champagne into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard. Double strain it into a chilled champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish it with rose petals or orange twist.

A rich, smoky and solid cocktail, this concoction is a toast to couples who have spent many years with their loved ones. 50ml Talisker 10YO

10ml Salted Star Anise syrup

5 dashes Apple Cider Vinegar

10 ml Apple juice

Method

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass and serve over a large ice block in a rocks glass. Garnish it with apple slices and Star Anise
