According to a report by Etimes, the dress is made of large bubbles and is a limited edition with 20 pieces of dress and 20 piece sof the jacket made.

The video reportedly showcased the piece of fashion with a zipper and a price tag that read 280 Belarussian rubbles which may approximate to Rs 7200. The TikTok user captioned it, “Girls, if you’re looking for a dress, here you go.”
