Winter is knocking at your door and it is the best time to throw a house party. Make some easy appetizers, pour out the drinks and have a warm evening with your friends and family. You can also surprise them by whipping up cocktails for the occasion. It is not as difficult as you think. Just get the ingredients ready and make cocktails like a professional bartender. 1. Classic Whiskey Sour
Classic Whiskey Sour
This drink is for the whiskey lovers. The egg white foam and the tanginess of the lemon give the drink a twist.
Ingredients:
Add India.com as a Preferred Source
Black & White Whiskey – 50ml
Lemon Juice – 15ml
Sugar Syrup – 15ml
Egg White – 1
Method:
Take egg white in a cocktail shaker and shake well to make foam.
Transfer the egg white to a shot glass and keep aside.
In a separate shaker, add 50 ml black and white whiskey, 15 ml sugar syrup and 15 ml lime juice
Now add the egg white foam to all the other ingredients in cocktail shaker.
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice cubes to the top and shake well.
Put 2 ice cubes in the old-fashioned glass.
Strain the mixture out from the cocktail shaker in the old-fashioned glass.
For garnish, make an orange peel (in twisted shape), rim the glass and put the peel on top of the drink.
Pour one drop of Angostura Bitter on top of the drink and serve.
