How to do it with your partner: Come to a comfortable seated position with your legs crossed and your hands at your sides. You should sit with your back against your partner’s back. Now, keep your palms on your knees and inhale deeply. As you inhale feel the back of your rib cage against your partner. Pay attention to your breathing. 2. Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose)
Baddha Konasana, which is also known as the bound angle pose or the butter fly pose, is one of the best exercises for improving the health of your and your partner’s reproductive system. How to do it with your partner: Start by sitting down with your back against your partner’s back, your hand at your sides and the soles of your feet together. Take few breathe and be comfortable. Now, lengthen your spine and lean backward with your partner bending forward. Hold this position for about a minute and then return to the original position. Now, let your partner bend backward and you bend forward. Again, hold this position for about a minute and return to the original position.
3. Naukasana (Boat pose)
Naukasana or the boat pose is an effective exercise to strengthen your core and reduce belly fat. Performing this asana will make your legs and back stronger.
How to do it with your partner: For his asana, sit down on the floor facing each other. Now, hold each other’s hands. Bend your knees and touch your toes with your partner’s toes. Lean back and press the soles together. Now, straighten your legs keeping your back straight. Make sure your chest is lifted. Hold this position for about 10 breathes and then return to the original position.
4. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Double downward dog pose)
Adho mukha svanasana or the downward dog pose is one yoga pose you must do every day. It works almost all the muscles of your body. How to do it with your partner: Start by coming to a table top position. Now, tuck your toes in and lift your hips up to bring your body into an inverted ‘V’ position. Find a comfortable and stable position. Now, let your partner place their palms on the floor in front of your palms and place her feet on the back of your hips. Ask your partner to press your hip back. Hold this position for about five breaths and then return to the original position.
5. Bharadvajasana (Seated spinal twist pose)
Bharadvajasana or the seated twist pose will detox and cleanse your body. This asana will also improve your flexibility and toe your abs.
How to do it with your partner: Start by sitting down on the floor with your back against your partner’s back, legs crossed and hands at your side. Take a few deep breaths and be comfortable. Now, inhale and lengthen your spine, extend your right hand to place your right palm on the left thigh of your partner. Keep your left palm on your right thigh. Ask your partner to do the same. Hold this position for about seven breaths and then return to the original position. Now, repeat the same on the other side.
