New Delhi: Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) on Friday released its second list of 5 candidates for upcoming Lok Sabha elections 2019. The list includes the name of Parth Ajit Pawar, grand-nephew of party supremo Sharad Pawar, who will contest from Maval Lok Sabha constituency. Parth Pawar is the son of the NCP chief’s nephew and former Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar. The other four nominees who figure in the NCP’s second list, all from parliamentary constituencies in Maharashtra, are Dhanraj Haribhau Mahale (Dindori), Sameer Bhujbal (Nashik), Amol Kolhe (Shirur) and Bajrang Sonawane (Beed). Meanwhile, suspense continued on the candidates for the crucial Ahmednagar and Madha seats. Earlier on Thursday, the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) had released its first list of candidates for the Lok Sabha elections 2019. The list named party chief Sharad Pawar’s daughter Supriye Sule, who will contest general elections from Baramati.  Besides, the NCP list also has one seat for the Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana, which has fielded a candidate from Hatkanangale. Apart from Sule, the party also gave tickets to Sanjay Dina Patil from Mumbai North East, Anand Paranjpe from Thane, Sunil Tatkare from Raigad. Mohammad Faisal was also named as one of the NCP candidates from Lakshwadeep.
