Addressing a rally in Himachal’s Mandi district, Satti had said, “Modi ji ki taraf agar koi ungli uthayega, hum log uski baaju kaat kar ke haath mein pakda denge (If anyone points their finger at Modi, we will cut his arm and give it to him.)”

This is not the first time Satti has landed in trouble for his comments. Only last week, he was banned from campaigning for 48 hours by the Election Commission (EC) over his derogatory remarks against the Congress President.

Satti had allegedly used an expletive against Rahul Gandhi a few days back. State Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Devesh Kumar had said that Satti was served a notice for violation of Model Code of Conduct (MCC) by the District Electoral Officer of Solan.

At a rally in Solan, he had said, “Rahul Gandhi is out on bail, his mother is out on bail, brother in law (Robert Vadra) is out on bail and yet he calls PM Modi Chor (thief). Modi Ji is not even on bail, there is no case against him then who are you to call him a chor like a judge.”

And then he had gone on to use an expletive in Hindi against Rahul for coining the phrase ‘Chowkidar chor hai’.
