LS Polls 2019: Tej Pratap Yadav launched his own political front 'Lalu Rabri Morcha' in Patna today.

Patna: Ahead of Lok Sabha Elections 2019, Tej Pratap Yadav, the elder son of Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav on Monday launched his own political outfit- ‘Lalu Rabri Morcha’ in Patna. Further, Tej Pratap has demanded two Lok Sabha seats of Sheohar and Jehanabad, ANI reported.
As per a report, the new front may contest the upcoming general elections on 20 seats in Bihar.
Four days ago, Tej Pratap Yadav stepped down from his post as the patron of the party’s students wing. Announcing the decision on social media, he wrote, “I am stepping down from the post of the patron of RJD students’ wing. Those who think I am naive don’t know that I know everything.”

Later, speaking to Zee, he hinted at a rift within the family by saying that he had asked Tejashwi for two tickets but didn’t hear from him. He said, “I am willing to sacrifice my life for my people.” He added that patriarch Lalu Yadav should realise that the RJD is because of the public but, he rued, his father doesn’t get to hear many things.
All 40 parliamentary constituencies in Bihar will go to Lok Sabha Elections 2019 in seven phases between April 11 and May 19. Saran will vote in the fifth phase on May 6. The counting of votes will be held on May 23.
