Diamond Harbour

Diamond Harbour has a total of 1,302,398 electorates, as per Election Commission of India 2009 data. In 2014, the seat was won by Trinamool’s Abhishek Banerjee against CPM’s Dr Abul Hasnat. For Lok Sabha Elections 2019, the BJP has fielded Nilanjan Roy against Congress’s Soumya Aich Roy, CPI(M)’s Dr Fuad Halim and Trinamool’s Abhishek Banerjee.

Jadhavpur

Jadhavpur has a total of 1,331,537 electorates, as per Election Commission of India 2009 data. In 2014, the seat was won by Trinamool’s Sugata Bose against CPM’s Sujan Chakraborty. For Lok Sabha Elections 2019, the BJP has fielded Anupam Hazra against CPI(M)’s Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharya and Trinamool’s Mimi Chakraborty.

Kolkata Dakshin

Kolkata Dakshin has a total of 1,505,638 electorates, as per Election Commission of India 2009 data. In 2014, the seat was won by Trinamool’s Subrata Bakshi against BJP’s Tathagata Roy. For Lok Sabha Elections 2019, the BJP has fielded Chandra Kumar Bose against Congress’s Mita Chakraborty, CPI(M)’s Dr Nandini Mukherjee (W) and Trinamool’s Mala Roy.

Kolkata Uttar

Kolkata Uttar has a total of 1,366,647 electorates, as per Election Commission of India 2009 data. In 2014, the seat was won by Trinamool’s Sudip Bandyopadhyay against BJP’s Rahul (Biswajit) Sinha. For Lok Sabha Elections 2019, the BJP has fielded Rahul Sinha against CPI(M)’s Kaninika Bose (Ghosh) (W) and Trinamool’s Sudip Bandyopadhyay.

The polling for Lok Sabha Elections 2019 will begin on April 11 and conclude on May 19. The counting of votes will be held on May 23. The results will be announced on the same day.
