Known to be one of the world’s largest private residences, a part of this palace was converted into a five star hotel in 1972 and is managed by ITC hotels. The palace was designed by Henry Vaughan Lancaster. This palace, which serves as the residence of a royal family has 347 rooms!

One part of the palace is also a museum. Built with sandstone and marble, the property spreads across 26 acres. The architecture of this palace is considered to be an amalgamation of Indo-Sarcenic, Classic Revival and Western Art Deco styles.

This palace is a favorite among celebs. Mick Jagger, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss, Diana Ross, Sarah Ferguson, Bob Geldof and Eva Herzigova are few of the celebs who have stayed at this palace.

Some of the major art works inside the palace are the murals drawn by Stefan Norblin grandson of Peter Norblin, considered the father of Polish genre painting.
