The two children, who were playing between the trucks, got crushed when one of the parked truck hit the other stationary truck, they said.

Alam and Aftab were rushed to Acharya Shree Bhikshu Hospital hospital by the police where they were declared brought dead, the police said.

The driver of the truck that rammed into the stationary truck fled from the spot while the police have arrested the drivers of the two stationary trucks, who were identified as Gautam and Dhananjay Prajapati, they said.

They were present in the trucks when the incident occurred and were arrested since they had parked their vehicle on the flyover loop, the police said.

The driver of the truck that rammed into the stationary truck is likely to be arrested soon as they have got his details, the police added.
