Amritsar: Operations at airport resume after suspected bomb threat
Operations at the Amritsar Airport have resumed after a suspected bomb threat.
Amritsar (Punjab) [India] Mar. 15 (ANI): Operations at the Amritsar Airport have resumed after a suspected bomb threat.
Earlier today, the operations at the airport were suspended after an unidentified briefcase was found in parking area.
A bomb disposal squad was sent to examine the situation.
Amritsar airport director Venkateshwar Rao has said the operations have resumed and the security agencies are searching the suspected briefcase found in the parking area.
