New Delhi, Apr 3 (PTI) BTI Executive Search today announced the expansion of its India operations with the launch of three new locations in Chennai, Pune and Guwahati and has appointed V Ramakrishnan as associate director, Chennai.

The expansion of BTI Executive Search’s physical operations is a part of a strategic investment in the India market and company’s plans of clocking over 100 per cent market growth for 2018-2019, along with country wide reach and access, a company release said.

“As the third largest market for BTI Executive Search by revenue, India is critical to our business and growth in the Asia Pacific region,” said James Agrawal, Managing Director, BTI Executive Search.

Pokerbaazi ventures into fantasy sports

* Online poker platform PokerBaazi today said it has ventured into fantasy sports by investing into fantasy cricket company BalleBaazi in return of a stake.

With the company buying stake in BalleBaazi, the fantasy cricket company is gearing up for a successful run in the Indian market, PokerBaazi said in a statement.

“Seeing a huge market potential and a very passionate and driven team of BalleBaazi, we decided to go ahead with fantasy sports,” PokerBaazi.com CEO Navkiran Singh said.

PokerBaazi allows users to play poker with real cash with blinds starting as low as Re 1 or Rs 2 and going up till Rs 500 or 1,000.

* Online travel company Goibibo today announced the launch of a campaign featuring its brand ambassador and Mumbai Indians team members, Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya and Jasprit Bumrah.

The new Goibibo promotion will encourage users to download the app and keep it open during the Mumbai Indians matches and earn goCash, the company statement said.

goCash can be redeemed while booking tickets, hotels or other services.

Yatra.com launches virtual assistant YUVA * Online travel portals Yatra.com today announced the launch of ‘YUVA’ which allows users to use both voice and text to communicate for the booking.

YUVA — which stands for Yatra Universal Virtual Assistant — is first-of-its-kind hybrid approach and allows the user to use both voice and text to communicate and complete the booking, the company said in a statement.

YUVA is available on desktop, Android, IOS, Google Assistant and Facebook Messenger.
