New Delhi, Feb 10 (PTI) Delhiites woke up to a cold morning on Sunday with shallow fog being witnessed in several parts of the city.
The minimum temperature plunged to settle at 6 degrees Celsius, four notches below the season’s average, said a meteorological department official.
The visibility was recorded at 700 metres both at 5.30 am and 8.30 am.
The humidity was recorded at 97 per cent at 8.30 am.
The meteorological office has forecast partly cloudy skies through the day.
“The maximum temperature is likely to hover at 21 degrees,” the weatherman said.
On Saturday, the minimum and maximum temperatures settled at 8.4 and 21 degrees Celsius.
