Doctors claim harassment in Lucknow university
The resident doctors of King George's Medical University in Lucknow on Friday claimed that they were facing harassment and verbal abuse in the hospital campus.
Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) [India], Feb. 09 (ANI): The resident doctors of King George’s Medical University in Lucknow on Friday claimed that they were facing harassment and verbal abuse in the hospital campus.
The doctors in the Urology Department said all of them collectively had to face regular verbal and mental harassment at the hands of two of their seniors in their department.
The doctors have also written a complaint to the vice-chancellor of the university seeking an action in this regard.
In response to the letter, the vice-chancellor has sought a written clarification on the issue by both the accused and the concerned authorities of the hospital.(ANI)
