Govt gives alternative piece of land to Force One

Mumbai, July 6 (PTI) Maharashtra government today handed over an additional 2.27 acres of land for the headquarters of Force One, the special anti-terrorist commando unit, in the Aarey Colony area here.

A government resolution (GR) to this effect was issued today.

Force One has originally been granted a total of 98.6 acres of land.

However, later it was realised that a 2.27-acre plot alloted for a veterinary hospital was a part of the same land.
