The accused have been identified as Gurjeet Singh, resident of village Alamgirpur, district Meerut and Munender alias Rinku, resident of Akhapur, district Mukteshwar in Uttar Pradesh. Also Read - Amid Lockdown, Residents of Mathura Shower Petals at Police Vehicles | Watch Video

“During interrogation, accused disclosed that they had been supplying illegal arms in Jind area for a long time,” the spokesman said.

Upon search, police team found five pistols from Gurjeet whereas four pistols were recovered from Munender, he said.
