She also discussed about jobs that might be replaced by AI and the new ones to be created.

The oikos is an international student-driven organisation for sustainability in economics and management and founded in 1987 in Switzerland.

FutureLab is the annual event of oikos International where people from around the world gather to exchange ideas, scope and opportunities to design a sustainable strategy for the future.

The oikos Kolkata chapter was established in IIM Calcutta in 2012.

The IIM-C has been accredited by the European Foundation for Management Development’s (EFMD) Quality Improvement System (EQUIS), the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) and the Association of MBAs (AMBA).

It has thus become the first Indian business school to achieve the Triple Crown in accreditation by all the three major agencies in management education.
