The high-altitude resort town also received the maximum rainfall of 28.4 mm in the last 24 hours, followed by Kufri hill station (18 mm), Shimla (10.9 mm) and Dharamshala (4.4 mm), said Manmohan Singh, director of Meteorological Centre, Shimla. The minimum temperature at state capital Shimla was 16.5 degrees Celsius, he added.
