Goa Governor Mridula Sinha was also present on this occasion.
“I am truly honoured and humbled to receive the Honorary Doctorate Degree by National Institute of Technology Goa, at the hands of the Hon’ble Vice President Shri M Venkaiah Naidu ji,” Parrikar tweeted from his hospital bed later.
