Aurangabad, Oct 31 (PTI) Qualifier Sandesh Kurale of Kolhapur toppled eighth seed Vishwesh Patel to enter the boys singles quarter finals of the MSLTA-Yonex Sunrise under 14 National Tennis Tournament

Aurangabad, Oct 31 (PTI) Qualifier Sandesh Kurale of Kolhapur toppled eighth seed Vishwesh Patel to enter the boys singles quarter finals of the MSLTA-Yonex Sunrise under 14 National Tennis Tournament today.

Kurale carved out a 6-0, 5-7, 6-2 victory in a two hour match to enter the prequarterfinals of the tournament being organised by Endurance Marathwada-MSLTA Tennis Center (EMMTC) at the divisional sports complex here.

In another upset Manav Jain ousted 15th seed Hasith Gummuluru 6-2, 6-4 while in the girls event Riya Bhosale of Pune stunned Sai Bhoyar 6-4, 6-3 to enter the third round.
