The 36-year-old actor will play Herschel Greenbaum, a man who is preserved in a pickle barrel for 100 years and emerges out after a century in the middle of modern day Brooklyn, New York. Also Read - New York Shop Sells Doughnuts Featuring Face of Doctor Leading Coronavirus Fight

Rich will adapt his own novella with Rogen, Evan Goldberg, and James Weaver producing the feature through their banner Point Grey.



Production is expected to begin next month in Pittsburgh.
