Kia Motors, a luxury wing of Hyundai will make its presence felt at the 14th edition of Auto Expo as the South Korean car maker will make its Indian debut at the motor show. The car maker is aiming to enter into the lucrative Indian market by the year 2019 wherein the company is currently setting up the facility in Andhra Pradesh. The company previously announced it will put 16 global products on display at the biennial Delhi Auto Expo in hall no 7. Marching the line up will be the new Kia SP Concept which will break its global cover at the Auto Expo today proffering new directions to Kia design language. Further adding variety to its line up, the Korean auto giant will exhibit electric vehicles, plug-in hybrids, new Stinger sports sedan and much more. The company recently teased the SP Concept refraining from mentioning any more details about the compact SUV. As seen in the teaser, the SP Concept is believed to carry a dual tone paint scheme. It is also believed that the SUV will be seen in petrol and diesel guises. The production version of the SP Concept is expected to hit the market by H2, 2019. The new Picanto hatchback is expected to make its India debut today at the Auto Expo, which is likely to hit the domestic market by 2019. Currently in its third generation, the new Picanto is believed to be the safest bet for the company for the domestic market. If launched in the country, the hatchback will take on the players like Maruti Swift, Hyundai Grand i10, Honda Brio and others. It is expected to be offered in both the options when launched in the country.
