New Delhi, July 21: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Jagdambika Pal has come under scanner after his alleged role in sex racket. The Delhi Police on Thursday busted a high profile sex racket in Safdarjung area. Cops arrested 63-year-old P. N. Sanyal, who is said to be the kingpin of this sex racket, after the raid. Delhi Police also found BJP’s Jagdambika Pal’s letterhead in the premises during the raid, reported ANI. An ex-Congress man, Pal is BJP leader who represents Domariyaganj Lok Sabha Constituency. An ANI reported claimed that he saw a copy of the letter, which contains the seal of Jagdambika Pal’s office and a purported signature of the MP. According to initial reports, names of BJP MP Jagdambika Pal and Samajwadi Party MP Naresh Agarwal have surfaced in connection with the high-profile sex racket. “Investigation is at preliminary stage. We can’t say anything at this moment,” said Ishwar Singh (DCP South) on Jagdambika Pal’s involvement in sex racket. Singh confirmed that some messages were sent to a senior IAS, and bureaucrats on WhatsApp by the name of Naresh Agarwal. Reacting on the development SP MP said,” Don’t do wrong things, someone is using my name in this: Naresh Agrawal, SP on high profile sex racket.” The incident came to the fore during an Income Tax raid. The police is further investigating this matter.
