New Delhi, Dec 20: Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has decided to revert to the series of scathing attack made against him by Opposition leader in connection to his alleged role in the Delhi & District Cricket Administration (DDCA) financial scam. The senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader announced on Sunday evening that he will take the legal route to counter political opponents who are attempting to malign his image. Jailey will file defamation suit against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and a host of senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders.(DDCA scam: Kirti Azad exposes massive corruption allegedly involving Arun Jaitley. “Besides Kejriwal, cases will be filed against Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha, Deepak Bajpayee,” Jaitley said. However, he has filed a civil defamation suit rather than a criminal one and hence no serious charges would be labelled against the Delhi chief minister. No notices will be served to his office. But the leaders who have been named in the suit by Jaitley, including the AAP convenor will have to be present in the Delhi High Court on the specified date.
