New Delhi, June 10: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday lost his cool after a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator stood on a bench in the Delhi Assembly. The Delhi Assembly witnessed a huge ruckus with ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and BJP legislators locking horns against each other. During the heated debate, Vijender Gupta, Leader of Opposition, stood on the bench and started yelling, following which CM Arvind Kejriwal lost his cool. During the special session of Delhi Assembly, BJP lawmaker Vijender Gupta stood on the bench after he was denied the chance to talk by the Speaker Ram Niwas Goel. As Gupta showed his antics, a furious Arvind Kejriwal stood up and lashed out at the BJP legislator for disrespecting the Assembly. The Delhi CM threatened Gupta to expose the scam in which his wife is involved. The Speaker also condemned Gupta’s behaviour as a ‘shameful act’. Reacting on the incident, AAP leader Dilip Pandey said that recently, BJP MLAs had been showing unethical behaviour in the Delhi Assembly. He said that BJP MLA O P Sharma had been expelled after he made a derogatory remark against AAP MLA Alka Lamba. However, defending Gupta, BJP leader Nupur Sharma said that AAP must introspect first before making such allegations.
