The AAP supremo, accompanied by Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, held his first roadshow on Sunday in Moti Nagar, after being released from Tihar Jail on interim bail earlier this week. He was canvassing for AAP’s New Delhi Lok Sabha seat candidate Somnath Bharti.

Addressing the public, Kejriwal asked people to choose the ‘Jhadu (broom)’, the AAP’s poll symbol, on May 25 so he won’t have to go back to jail.

“I have to go back to jail after 20 days. If you choose jhadu (AAP’s symbol), I won’t have to go back to jail,” the Delhi chief minister said.
