New Delhi: There has been a lot of commotion and panic in the national capital since morning today after schools across the city have received bomb threat emails. It started with Delhi Public School (DPS) in Dwarka, followed by Mother Mary’s School in Mayur Vihar and then Sanskriti School in Chanakyapuri; according to latest reports, at least 100 schools have received the bomb threat. The students have been evacuated and an investigation is underway. It has been seen that all the schools have received a threat mail and the mail is a common mail. ‘Kill Them Wherever You Meet And…’

According to media reports and social media, a copy of the mail sent as a bomb threat to the schools in Delhi is being circulated which says that there is an angle of Jihad; the sender has also quoted The Quran. The mail has begun with the following words, “Kill them wherever you meet and drive them out of the places from which they drove you. (2:191)” The mail further said, “There are many explosive devices in the school.”
