New Delhi, May 21: Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi Manish Sisodia refused to bow down before Lt Governor Najeeb Jung over the controversial appointment of Shakuntala Gamlin as acting Chief Secretary of Delhi. Manish Sisodia said that Aam Aadmi Party government is acting according to the Constitution. He also assured that government’s relation with bureaucrats are cordial and constructive. “We are sure what we are doing is according to the Constitution. Transfer postings became an industry in Delhi and we stopped that, thats why people are opposing us,” Manish Sisodia said. Sisodia who held a meeting with Chief Secretary and other secretaries of various departments assured Dehlities that the government is coordinating with bureaucrats while running the government. “Can confidently say that relations between all officials & Ministers are very cordial & constructive. “I can confidently say that relations between all officials & Ministers are very cordial & constructive,” Sisodia said. Earlier, Manish Sisodia wrote to Najeeb Jung asking him what provisions under the Constitution allows him to issue directions to his government.
