New Delhi, May 23: A fire broke out at a building in Delhi’s Taimoor Nagar on Wednesday afternoon, news agency ANI reported. However, there have been no reports of any casualty yet. As per the report, 22 fire tenders have been rushed to the spot.
Locals were seen helping the officials in dousing the flames. The exact cause of fire is yet to be ascertained.
Recently, a fire broke out in a slum near Kalindi Kunj Metro Station area. One person was injured and 44 temporary Rohingya camps were gutted in the fire. Big clouds of smoke were seen coming out from the area.
In another fire incident, four persons, including a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old, died after a fire broke out at a house in Kohat Enclave area. The exact reason due to which the blaze erupted is not clear however, reports said that the incident happened due to a short circuit. Meanwhile, the police have launched an investigation into the matter.
