New Delhi, Dec 19: A massive collision took place between ten cars on the Lucknow-Agra Expressway resulting in multiple injuries early Tuesday. The accident occurred near Bangarmau in Uttar Pradesh’s Unnao district as dense fog reduced visibility on the expressway, reports said.

Earlier last month, a similar collision had occurred on the Agra-Noida Yamuna Expressway, leaving one dead and several injured.
The dense fog which has enveloped several parts of northern India has also affected railway services. At least 18 trains were cancelled, 28 were delayed and three were rescheduled due to fog in several parts.
“The sky will be partly cloudy during the day,” an India Meteorological Department official said. The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 25 degrees Celsius, he said.
