Shimla, Dec 14: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will sweep the Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017, predicts the India Today Axis Exit Polls 2017 results. The exit polls have predicted that the grand-old Congress party will lose the Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017. BJP is set to win at least 47-55 assembly constituencies while the Congress party will manage to bag between 13-20 seats, the India Today Axis exit poll results predict. The vote share of the BJP has been predicted to be 50 per cent while that of the Congress party is 41 per cent. The others could get a share of remaining 9 per cent in the Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017. With this, the saffron party is expected to oust the ruling Congress party from Himachal Pradesh.
For Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017, the India Today-Axis My India’s opinion poll had predicted a landslide victory for the Prime Minister Narendra Modi-led BJP. The opinion poll had predicted that the BJP will win between 43-47 seats while the ruling Congress will manage to get between 21-25 seats out of a total of 68 seats.
Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017 was held on November 9. The results for Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2017 will be declared on December 18.
