Shahdol (MP), Jan 25 (PTI) Two children were today burnt to death when an abandoned bus in which they were playing suddenly caught fire here, police said. The kids were playing in the bus parked on the roadside since the last 6 to 7 months under Sohagpur police station area when it suddenly caught fire. The two children were found charred to death in the gutted bus, he added.
Firefighters later put out the blaze.
Police have filed a case and started investigation to ascertain the cause of the fire.
Meanwhile, District Collector Mukesh Shukla announced a financial help of Rs 4 lakh each to the families of the deceased.
