Kolkata, Sept 22: A Hong Kong-bound Air India flight from Delhi carrying 216 passengers and 10 crew onboard made an unscheduled landing at the airport here due to a technical problem early today, an Air India official said.(Also Read: Air India geared up to fly world’s longest non-stop flight?)
The Dreamliner landed at the NSC Bose International Airport here at 2.15 AM, he said.While some passengers have been sent back to Delhi through alternative arrangements, others have been accommodated at local hotels.The plane is likely to depart from here this evening at about 7.30 PM, he said.
