New Delhi: At a time when the entire country has gone under a 21-day lockdown in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, a youth in Rampur dialled the coronavirus helpline number with a bizarre demand–4 hot samosas with chutney. Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Rampur’s District Magistrate, Aunjaneya Kumar Singh narrated how the man called in for the samosas.
