Hyderabad: A fire broke out at a bank in Kurnool district in Karnataka on Saturday.  Immediately after the incident, fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the flames. More details are awaited in the matter. No casualties have been reported so far.

A similar fire accident was reported from Delhi on the same day. Chief Fire Officer of Delhi was quoted by news agency ANI as saying, “A fire broke out in the basement of a paper factory in Dilshad Garden area at around 2 pm, today. Total 15 fire units sent to the spot.”

Last month, a massive fire broke out at Arpit Palace Hotel in Karol Bagh in Delhi killing 17 persons. A day after the accident, Delhi Fire Service a fire-audit at about 380 hotels across the central Delhi area, according to a senior fire officer.
