He spoke on a range of issues from fiscal deficit to farmers’ issues to relief to the aam aadmi of India. In Budget 2017-18, Arun Jaitley had proposed a reduction of 5 per cent in income tax rate for individuals with income ranging between Rs 2.5 lakh to Rs 5 lakh.
