New Delhi: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday launched a scathing attack on Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan for playing the nuclear and Muslim cards against India.

“Pak PM makes weird remarks in his country’s parliament. He says we have atom bomb, etc. Do we not have those? We also have,” Owaisi said while addressing a gathering in Hyderabad. He also asked the Pak PM to deal with “Lashkar-e-Shaitaan and Jaish-e-Shaitaan,” (referring to terror outfits Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed — both believed to be based in Islamabad) despite playing the Muslim card to target India.

“Muslims of this country know better. Handle your ‘Lashkar-e-Shaitaan’ and Jaish-e-Shaitaan,” the Lok Sabha member said, in his message to the Pakistan Prime Minister. Furthermore, Owaisi also hit out at JeM chief Masood Azhar and said that he should not be called a “Maulana” but a “devil’s dog and butcher of humanity”.

“Exploding bombs, attacking people is not Islam.  India’s enemies are our (Muslims’) enemies too,” the Hyderabad MP stated.

Notably, Owaisi’s statement comes amid heightened tension between India and Pakistan after the Indian Air Force (IAF) carried out an airstrike at biggest terror hideouts of Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) in Balakot.
