Dispur: A grenade blast was reported outside a mall on zoo road in Assam’s Guwahati. According to ANI, 12 people were injured in the incident. However, no loss of life was reported at the time of filing this report.

All the wounded all now in a stable condition.

The area has been cordoned off for. As of now, police are present at the spot.

All the injured have been rushed to Guwahati Medical College Hospital.

An investigation into the matter is underway.

“A grenade blast took place at 8 pm in which six people are injured, investigation is underway,” Commissioner of Police, Guwahati, Deepak Kumar said.
